The Preservation Class includes demonstration and tutorial on preserving food using traditionally minimal preservation methods. Tickets include:
- Wild-grown food foraging directly from the land
- Lecture on traditional preservation methods using nature (i.e. sun-drying, air-drying, tinctures, basic infusions)
- Tutorial on making tonics, infusions, and herbal tea blends based on seasonal plants foraged that attendees can take home
