Seasonal class on food preservation led by Kadedra Holmes of EAT FRESH VEGGIES. Follow Kadedra on social media @eatfreshveggies to learn more about her business. Please don’t forget your pen and notebook and let us know if you have any allergies.

The Preservation Class includes demonstration and tutorial on preserving food using traditionally minimal preservation methods. Tickets include:

  • Wild-grown food foraging directly from the land
  • Lecture on traditional preservation methods using nature (i.e. sun-drying, air-drying, tinctures, basic infusions)
  • Tutorial on making tonics, infusions, and herbal tea blends based on seasonal plants foraged that attendees can take home
